For Scheduled Appointments
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This will provide us with ample time to offer the appointment slot to another customer. Failure to do so will be subjected to “No Show” charges.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, GT reserves the right to cancel or push the scheduled appointment to a later time with or without informing the you. Our priority is to serve client on time so that they will not be delayed for their next planned event.
