REFUND POLICY

Product purchased cannot be refunded unless product is expired upon purchase from GT Aesthetic's store or online.

Product can be return in exchange for store credits within 14 days.

Packages bought at GT Aesthetics can be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase with valid reasons and upon management approval.

To request a refund and return of product, send us an email or call us with the contacts provided below.

An admin fee of $50 or 10% whichever higher applies from the stated package purchase price.

An ala-carte price for the total number of treatment redeemed will be applied from the package purchased price + the admin fee of $50 or 10% whichever is higher and the balance will be refunded.

The refund process will take 2 to 3 weeks from the date logged by management.
